Return Policy   

Our return policy is different from warranty claims.  Please visit our warranty page for warranty returns. 

Returns are available for the period of 7 days.  Return period starts at the time freight arrives at the destination.  If your freight gets held at a terminal, your 7 day window will start at the time your delivery arrives at the terminal. ONLY UNUSED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED.  Once an attachment is connected to a machine it is considered used and unreturnable.  Items that were sold on sale or on clearance are not returnable.  
Customers are responsible for return freight costs.   
Refunds are processed once we have received the item back at Brushrake.com. Item needs to be in the condition that it was originally sent in.  

Customer must use the original freight company that shipped the items to them when returning items   
Returns will be processed right away, usually within 3-5 days. 
Of an item is returned without prior authorization, Brushrake.com reserves the right to reject the shipment. 
Returns that are shipped without notification to BrushRake.com without contact information will be considered abandoned after 7 days. 

Customers must contact BrushRake.com before return freight gets shipped back.
